Welcome to ListJockeys! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ListJockeys mobile application and our website, operated by Wolfe Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ListJockeys, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

ListJockeys is a platform for music lovers. You agree not to:

• Post abusive, harassing, or hate speech content in your reviews or lists.
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the app's operation or security.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, and lists you create. However, by posting content to ListJockeys, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and our promotional materials.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wolfe Technologies, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
